Life at NCS extends far beyond the classroom. It is found in the friendships built along the way, the excitement of competition, the courage to step on stage, the opportunity to serve others, and the everyday moments when students discover where they belong and who God is calling them to become.
From preschool through Upper School, students are encouraged to get involved, explore their interests, develop their gifts, and try something new. Athletics, Fine Arts, clubs, leadership opportunities, worship, service, and school traditions create meaningful ways for every student to participate in the life of our community.
Through it all, faith is not a separate part of the NCS experience. It shapes how we learn, lead, compete, create, serve, and care for one another. Students are surrounded by teachers, coaches, mentors, and friends who know them, encourage them, and challenge them to grow with confidence, character, and their relationship with Christ.

Student Ambassador Leadership Team (SALT)
The Student Ambassador Leadership Team, known as SALT, is a distinctive leadership development opportunity for NCS students in 5th - 12th grade. SALT Members represent the NCS community at designated events, leadership activities, and special engagements throughout the year.
Through professional development, speaking opportunities, event participation, and meaningful conversations with community leaders, students strengthen their communication, networking, etiquette, and leadership skills. More importantly, they learn to lead with professionalism, hospitality, character, and faith.
