ELV Curriculum

Our traditional classroom philosophy is rooted in Christian principles that are woven into every aspect of the preschool day. Through Bible stories, prayer, and daily interactions, students are guided to understand God's love, develop a strong moral foundation, and begin building a faith that will grow alongside them. 

We prioritize strong communication skills by fostering rich language experiences throughout the day. Through storytelling, conversation, music, and guided instruction, students build vocabulary, develop listening skills, and gain confidence in expressing their thoughts and ideas.

Our literacy instruction lays the foundation for a lifelong love of reading. Students are introduced to letters, sounds, phonemic awareness, and early writing skills through engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity and confidence.

Students explore foundational math and science concepts through hands-on discovery and problem-solving. From counting and patterns to observing the world around them, children are encouraged to ask questions, think critically, and develop a sense of wonder. 

Through meaningful lessons and classroom experiences, students begin to understand their role in the world around them. They learn about community, relationships, and foundational concepts that help them grow as thoughtful and engaged individuals. 

Creativity is woven throughout the preschool experience. Through art, music, movement, and imaginative play, students are given opportunities to express themselves, build confidence, and develop fine motor skills. 

Through both structured activities and free play, students develop coordination, strength, and motor skills. Indoor and outdoor experiences support healthy growth while encouraging active, engaged learning.
