High School Students and Parents,
Good morning and welcome to virtual snow day 2. Today’s schedule is included below for your “A” day classes. Hopefully, you were able to connect with all of your classes yesterday. Don’t forget to check both email and Google Classroom to find instructions from teachers so that you are able to complete the work and receive credit for today’s assignments. If your teacher is hosting live classes, please be sure that you log in at the appropriate time. If you do not have live classes, you should use the scheduled time to watch posted instructional videos, complete assignments in Google Classroom, and communicate with your teacher during their office hour if necessary. Also, be sure to look for an “attendance” check that may be posted from your teacher and be sure to respond to receive credit.
We should be able to get back to normal school days on Monday. As we continue to work through a pandemic to provide on-campus instruction, I want to remind everyone of the importance of our Health Safety Protocols. First and foremost, if you have been exposed to COVID-19 or are displaying symptoms, please do not come to school. You may contact our school nurse for support. In the past, our dedicated students have “toughed it out” through colds and other small sicknesses to be at school. Under the current circumstances, we cannot do that. To keep our campus safe, the first step is for sick students to stay home. Since we have been away from campus for a week, please contact Nurse Carroll Boatman if you need support in any way.
