Hello parents,

NCS offers after-school care for students in grades K-8 from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. We also offer care from 8:00 - 6:00 PM on many days that NCS is closed. Please see our calendar for exact dates.

We are blessed to have Kathie Cutright directing our Extended Care programming. She and her staff do a wonderful job providing children with homework assistance and a variety of organized outdoor and indoor activities.

Extended Care Policies

There are a few changes in payment procedures for the 2011-2012 school year.

Payments may be made in the front office or directly to Kathie after school. Families must commit to either the monthly rate or purchasing passes for a child to attend the extended care program. To reserve your child's spot, print off and fill out the enrollment form and bring it with your first month's payment to registration. Mrs. Kathie will be there to meet you and answer any questions you might have about her program.

Please note that drop-in students will no longer be allowed. Only students who have enrolled in the program. This includes students coming from athletic practices.

Payment Plans

OPTION #1 - Monthly fee ($200 a month, for children who regularly attend 3-5 days a week)

The first payment is due at registration. After that, payments are due on the 10th of each month. There is a late fee of $5 per day after the 10th. Children whose fees are unpaid by the 15th will lose their spots in the extended care program. Half days and long days including Fall Break, Christmas Break, and Spring Break are covered by the monthly fee.

OPTION #2 - Purchase Passes (for children who sporadically need extended care,, passes must be paid in advance)

• Ten day pass - $120 dollars ($12 a day). 1/2 days are covered - Long days would not be covered.
• Full Day Pass - $30 paid in advance
• Break Pass - $150 for the week ----monthly clients do not have to pay
